No. Every vial is a research chemical for laboratory use only. Not a drug, not a supplement, not for injection in humans or animals.

Lots are identity-checked by HPLC. Catalog purity is ≥99% unless a product card says otherwise. Product pages show the current lot's certificate of analysis from Accumark Labs, an independent lab, with a link to verify it on the lab's own site.

Yes. Ten percent of annual net profits is donated to wild cat conservation, not a checkout round-up. Our inaugural beneficiary is Panthera, an organization dedicated to protecting the world’s wild cats and their habitats. Panthera has not endorsed or sponsored Big Cat Peptides. We intend to publish our annual contribution so the pledge can be checked.

Every order ships FedEx 2Day, $9.95, free on orders of $199 or more after discounts. Orders ship within 2 business days and arrive about 2 business days later. See below for how we keep them cool. Do not use a vial if the stopper vacuum looks compromised.

Cool, not frozen. Products stay in cold storage at our fulfillment facility until they ship, FedEx collects them on a temperature-controlled pickup, and they travel FedEx 2Day. We do not pack ice or gel packs. Refrigerate or freeze your vial as soon as it arrives, per the storage note on each product page.

Orders are final once placed. We do not accept returns on peptide products, including unopened vials — once a product leaves our controlled possession we cannot verify how it was stored, so it can never go back into sellable inventory. If an order is lost in transit, arrives damaged or incorrect, or a lot is confirmed to have failed specification, we send you a replacement at no cost or refund it to your original payment method — your choice. Checkout is encrypted and handled by a third-party payment processor on a secure page — we never see or store your full card details. Orders are for laboratory research use only.

The full circular house mark doesn't reproduce clearly at vial-label size, so bottles carry a simplified jaguar-head seal in a gold ring instead — same animal, no wordmark — legible down to a 10 mL label.

Product photos are representative. Vial style, cap color, label design and included packaging may vary by batch or supplier availability. Potency, purity and identity are unaffected — every lot is still identity-checked at ≥99% HPLC.
